Package details

The package is designed to provide simple education materials (explained and made easy) to the employer to help them understand their obligation to compliance to employment law.
It then walks the Manager/owner Manager through a series of questions in the form of a self assessment asking all the appropriate questions to ensure that they are aware of their current state of compliance. Through this process it will encourage the employer to self audit and identify exposures in their current business.
The system then reports these exposures and will then guide the employer to generate an action plan to mitigate the risk and resolve the exposure. All this detail is again tracked to support an Audit or NERA inspector visit.
